Juan joined the City Of Hardeeville in 2009. He is a native of Beaufort SC. and has more than 15 years of broadcast experience. He is a graduate of St. Augustine's College in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he earned degrees in Communications and Political Science. Work and studies have taken Juan for stints in Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, Georgia; Raleigh, North Carolina; Huntsville, Alabama; Beaufort, South Carolina; and now Hardeeville. In his spare time he stays active in several organizations around the Lowcountry community.

Raven D. Favor has been employed with the City of Hardeeville Media department as the Web Content/Media Specialist since July 2011. She is originally from Columbia, SC, and attended Lander University earning a Bachelor's of Art in Theater and Mass Communications. Since graduation, her previous experience includes being Newscast Director for WTOC-TV and Morning Show Producer for WTKS-AM Clear Channel Radio. In her spare time, she is very active in various community outreach programs and is always thinking of creative ways to better serve Hardeeville.

Born and raised in Augusta, GA Shantez Herrington is a working media professional, with a background in television news photography, videography, and cinematography. He's the youngest of three siblings and has a passion for capturing moments while telling stories. Shantez received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Savannah State University in 2014. He began his professional career at WSAV News 3 in Savannah, GA as a photojournalist. After working there for four progressive years he was blessed with the opportunity to join the City of Hardeeville's Media Department as a Media Technician.
